What is split custody, and how does it work?
Split Custody refers to our custodial service of safeguarding the ownership interests held by different investors who co-invest in a particular asset through fractional ownership. Split Custodian seeks to revolutionize ownership of assets by facilitating fractionalization of the asset into “splits/unit’) while securing the legal ownership of the asset on behalf of the multiple beneficiaries. These assets include tangible assets such as real estate as well as intangible assets like intellectual property.
How do I know my assets are safe with Split Custodian?

What types of assets can I store with you?

What is the process for retrieving my assets?
When you are no longer onboarded with the platform your assets can be retrieved, this involves having an offboarding session with the split custodian team for the transfer of your assets back to you depending on the asset class.
